The Faculty is engaged in various researches both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  The following areas are being focused on by the Faculty within the next five years or so.

  1. Banana value addition and product development.
  2. Characterization of natural dyes from selected plants in Uganda.
  3. Ceramic materials
  4. Fish characterization from selected lakes in Uganda.
