All Fresh students admitted through the Direct Entry Scheme for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, who wish to change their Programme/Study time should submit their requests using the following procedure:

  1. Log onto your individual student’s portal using your username and password on myportal.kyu.ac.ug. Please ensure that your portal is activated.
  2. Click on the request for a service on your portal.
  3. Fill in the required information.
  4. Submit your request through the portal.
  5. Generate a payment reference number and proceed to pay for the service requested for in any bank.

The charges are as follows;

  1. Change of Programme – 50,000/=.
  2. Change of Study time –  20,000/=.

The deadline for submission of these requests is Friday 16th August 2024.

Please attach photocopies of the following documents:

  1. Application Form.
  2. Admission Letter.
  3. O’ level Result slip and Certificate.
  4. A’ Level Result Slip and Certificate.
  5. Proof of payment.

Note:   To change your Programme/Study time, you must be within the cut-off points of the Programme/Study time you wish to change to; subject to availability of places in that Programme/Study time.
