DESCRIPTION:Kyambogo University\, through its Welfare Department\, will hold a Staff Wellness Support Session aimed at promoting mental health\, resilience\, and overall well-being among staff. \nScheduled for Tuesday\, 31st March 2026 at 3:00 PM (EAT)\, the session will be conducted virtually and facilitated by a Wellness Consultant (Clinical Psychologist). It will bring together both teaching and non-teaching staff to reflect on workplace wellbeing and explore practical strategies for maintaining a healthy balance in today’s demanding work environment. \nBackground\nStaff in higher education institutions often operate under significant pressure due to high workloads\, multiple responsibilities\, and increasing expectations for performance and service delivery.
