Invitation For Bids under Open Domestic Bidding


Kyambogo University has allocated funds to be used in the purchase of Legal services under framework contract arrangement for a period of 18months;

  1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’ Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act , and its Regulations, 2014 are open to all bidders from Uganda.
  2. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of Sh.100,000/= (one hundred thousand shillings only), payable on to Kyambogo University A/C 9030005704587– Stanbic Bank;

Payment procedure: Pay on the above account, present the Bank payment slip to Desk Officer, Other Assets (Room 3, ground floor) for issuance of the receipt to be presented to Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address on 5(b) for issuance of the Solicitation document.

  1. (a) Sealed applications clearly marked Application for Provision of Legal Services to Kyambogo University” should physically be delivered at the under mentioned address by 00am 0n 14th June, 2018. The bids will be opened at 12:00noon in the Procurement and Disposal Unit, Administration Building (1st Floor), Kyambogo University, in the presence of the applicants who wish to attend.

Note that the bidding documents should be submitted in properly sealed and labeled envelopes

  1. The Criteria to be used for evaluation are set out in the Solicitation document and is in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of public Assets Act and its Regulations, 2003.
