TO ALL PROSPECTIVE GRADUANTS VERIFICATION OF STUDENTS FEES PAYMENTS

Kyambogo university wishes to inform all prospective graduands who completed studies in academic year 2016/17 to scan and submit documents i.e. original Admission Letters and Banking Slips (for all the study at KYU) AND e-mail as indicated below by 30th November 2017.

The students are required to;

  1. Pay graduation fee of 100,000/= using your individual student portal (e-kampus system) in Stanbic Bank, Eco Bank or DFCU Bank.
  2. Ensure that scanned documents are readable. If they cannot be readable, bring them physically to Computer Lab, Main Hall East End.
  3. Pay all ARREARS of fees payments including accommodation fees to any of the University revenue bank account after generating an invoice /reference number from the University Bursar
  4. Include mobile telephone number(s) in any e-mail correspondences.

Please note

  1. No student will graduate without undertaking fees verification exercise.
  2. No extension of the verification period shall be considered after 30th November 2017
  • Keep alerts to your e-mail addresses every day to quickly respond to any queries.
