Kyambogo University wishes to inform all prospective graduands who completed studies in Academic Year 2015/16 to bring their original Admission Letters and Banking Slips to the Audio Visual Aid Center behind Main Hall East. The same documents should be scanned and submitted (DO NOT ZIP) to specific e-mail addresses relevant to your Faculty/School as indicated below by 09 December 2016.

The Students are requested to:

  1. Pay graduation fees of 100,000/= using your individual student portal (e-kampus system) in Stanbic Bank, Eco Bank or Crane Bank.
  2. Ensure that scanned documents are readable. If they cannot be  readable, bring them physically to the Audio Visual Aid Center behind Main Hall  East End.
  3. Pay all ARREARS of fees payments including accommodation fees to any of the University revenue bank accounts after generating an invoice /reference number from the University Bursar.
  4. Include mobile telephone number(s) in any e-mail correspondences.

Please note:     

  1. No student will graduate without undertaking fees verification exercise.
  2. No extension of the verification period shall be considered after 9th December 2016.
  3. Check your e-mail addresses regularly in order to quickly respond to any queries.

Remember to have your Transcript Photo taken after getting your verification token.
