The attention of Kyambogo University Management has been drawn to reports from some sections of the media indicating that a member of our staff has been involved in unfortunate sex scandals. While the truth is yet to be established, the university has zero tolerance for sexual harassment and violence. Management will take all the necessary actions to address this form of gross misconduct/criminal behaviour per the university’s internal disciplinary rules.
The university has instituted a committee to investigate the allegations regarding this matter. If the officer is found to have committed the alleged acts, he will be held accountable in line with the University’s Human Resource Regulations on gross misconduct.
