The Kyambogo University Human Resource Manual 2014, as amended on staff benefits for the admission and sponsorship of biological children, states as follows:
Regulation 10.23.1: “An eligible Biological Child of a Member of Staff may be given special consideration for admission to a programme of study offered by Kyambogo University, provided that the points obtained by the child are not more than 4.0 points below the cut-off point for admission to the programme”.
Regulation 10.23.4: “Only full-time members of staff who have been confirmed and have continuously served the University for a period of at least eight years shall benefit from this scheme”.
Regulation 10.23.5: “Only two biological children of a member of staff may benefit from this scheme at any one time”.
This is to inform all eligible Staff Members of Kyambogo University that application forms for the Biological Scheme for the 2024/2025 Academic Year are ready and accessible online.

NB: Please attach a scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate to the online application form. The deadline for receiving applications is Wednesday, 31st July 2024.
