Kyambogo University has allocated funds for the Provision of Burial Services for Kyambogo University Staff and now invites sealed bids from eligible firms to provide these services under a framework contract arrangement for a period of two (2) years.

Bidding Method:
The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures set out in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) Act, 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders from Uganda. -
Purchase of Bidding Documents:
Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents, available in English, at a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000.
Payment should be made to the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) after obtaining a Payment Reference Number from the University Bursar’s Office (IGU Office). -
Availability of Documents:
Bidding documents will be issued immediately from the date of this advert. -
Submission and Opening of Bids:

Deadline for Submission: Bids must be physically delivered in sealed and clearly marked envelopes to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 11th June 2025.
