Kyambogo University Convocation will hold an Annual General Assembly (AGA) on Wednesday, 29th April, 2026, starting at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The venue for the Assembly will be the Graduation Grounds.

  1. Registration of Membership.
  2. Anthems.
  3. Prayers.
  4. Communication from the General Secretary.
  5. Reactions to the communication.
  6. Election of Office Bearers.

NOTIFICATION OF AVAILABLE VACANCIES

  1. Chairperson.
  2. Vice Chairperson.
  3. Secretary for Finance.
  4. Secretary for Projects.
  5. Secretary for Publicity.
  6. Secretary for Academics.
  7. Secretary for Persons with Disabilities.
  8. Four Committee Members (Two of whom must be female).

NOTE:

  1. Only fully paid-up members qualify to participate.
  2. All Kyambogo University Convocation Members are hereby reminded to pay the Membership Fee of UGX 10,000 and Annual Subscription Fee of UGX 10,000 to URA after obtaining a Reference Number from ICT or the University Bursar’s Office.
  3. Deadline for payments is 29th MARCH, 2026; thereafter, the General Secretary shall generate the Voters Register.
  4. On the election day, carry evidence of payment and a document of affiliation, that is to say, a Transcript for all former students and a Letter of appointment for Staff Members.
