The Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University, invites online applications for admission to the following Education programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Year:

Available Programmes

  1. Bachelor of Education Primary (Entry into Year Two) – BEPE

    • UCE with at least 6 passes including a credit in English Language.

    • Credit in Grade III Teachers’ Certificate in Primary Teacher Education.

    • Credit/Second-Class Diploma in Education Primary or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

    • Duration: 3 Years

  2. Diploma in Education Primary – DEPE

    • UCE with at least 6 passes including a credit in English Language.

    • Credit in Grade III Teachers’ Certificate in Primary Teacher Education.

    • Duration: 2 Years

Applicants must submit online applications via https://apply.kyu.ac.ug and pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (Ugandans & EAC nationals) or UGX 110,000 (international applicants), plus bank charges.
The deadline for online submissions is Friday, 9th January 2026 at Midnight.

Ugandan applicants and those with foreign qualifications must submit printed application forms with Original Certified academic documents to the Admissions Office, Block 2 – Room 3.

Cases of impersonation or falsification of documents will lead to cancellation of admission and possible prosecution.
