All Fresh students admitted through Direct Entry Scheme for 2025/2026 Academic Year, who wish to change Programme/Study time should submit their requests using the following procedure:
- a) Log onto your individual student’s portal using your username and password on kyu.ac.ug/. Please ensure that your portal is activated.
b) Click on request for a service on your portal.
c) Fill in the required information.
d) Submit your request through the portal.
e) Generate a payment reference number and proceed to pay for the service requested for in any bank.
The charges are as follows;
i) Change of Programme – 50,000/=.
ii) Change of Study time – 20,000/=.
The deadline for submission of these requests is Friday 22nd August 2025.
Please attach photocopies of the following documents:
- Application Form.
- Admission Letter.
- O’ level Result slip and Certificate.
- A’ Level Result Slip and Certificate.
- Proof of payment.
Note: To change Programme/Study time, you must be within the cut-off points of the Programme/Study time you wish to change to; subject to availability of places in that Programme/Study time.
