The Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University invites online applications from Diploma/Certificate Holders Scheme only, to under-listed undergraduate programmes for 2022/2023 Academic year. Each applicant should possess at least a Credit or Second Class or equivalent Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field from a recognized Institution plus a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes (i.e. 5 subjects without a grade 9) (or its equivalent) and a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least One Principal Pass and Two Subsidiary Passes obtained at the same sitting (or its equivalent). Please note that the Principal subjects required for admission to Diploma must be passed at Principal or Subsidiary levels.

A non-refundable application fee of Shs. 50,000/= for Ugandans and East African Nationals and $30 for other International applicants plus the bank charge, must be paid at All Banks.

Certified copies of Diploma/Certificate Transcripts (not photocopies of certified copies) from the awarding institutions and Passport size photograph MUST be submitted to the Admissions Division Room 3, after payment of application fees. NOTE: Only applicants with official Certified Academic Transcripts and Certificates will be considered for admission.

NB: Applicants who may find difficulties filling the online form can receive help at the University. The closing date of online application is 30th July 2022 at 12.00 am.
