Kyambogo University is proud to host the UG Design Summit 2025 (SUMMIT’25), an international platform that brings together designers, innovators, academics, and thought leaders from around the world. The summit explores how design can serve as a catalyst for sustainable and impactful solutions across diverse cultural and economic contexts.
Inspired by the metaphor of a potter’s wheel, the summit emphasizes collaboration, cultural exchange, and shared knowledge in shaping a better, inclusive future through design.

Paper Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: 250–300 words, continuous paragraph, with up to 5 keywords.
- Full paper: 3,000–8,000 words, Times New Roman 12 pt, spacing 1.5, MS Word format.
- Referencing: APA 7th Edition.
- All submissions to: ugdesign@kyu.ac.ug
Accepted papers will be peer-reviewed and published in a book by Kyambogo University.
