This is to inform you that the admission letters for fresh undergraduate students, admitted through Direct Entry Scheme, for the Academic year 2019/2020 will be issued out from your respective Faculties/Schools.
Please see the attached map for the directions to your respective Faculty/School.
In order for one to be issued with the admission letter, he/she should present his/her A’level identity card of the previous school.
Please be informed that;
- Admission letters for National Merit, Disability Scheme, Talented Sports Persons and District Quota are being issued out from the Admissions Building Block 02 Room 03.
- The admission letters for government-sponsored students that were admitted through the Diploma holder’s scheme are not yet ready and will be picked at a date to be communicated.
- Admission letters for international students and those whose appeal will be issued from Admissions Building Block 02 Room 03 at the date to be communicated.
- Issuance of the admission letters is free of charge and the cases of soliciting for a fee should be reported to the academic registrar’s office, Tel@ +256 – 705.767 169

Our University is unique, but I request you advice me on students loan scheme applications since every year the university does not give admissions for diploma scheme private in time leaving most of us out by the deadline of hesfb. even this year deadline passed on 15/07/2019!

If you appeared on the list, you can start studying. You can pick admission letter anytime provided you are admitted into a programme at the university. Requirements 4 picking admission letter include ID, academics documents, OLevel, ALevel pass slips, Diploma transcript and certificates.
