Kyambogo University invites eligible bidders from Uganda to submit sealed bids for the provision of various services and tenancy opportunities across its campuses. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures under the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act, 2003.
Available Opportunities
Bids are invited in three main categories:
Category A: Transcript & Certificate Blanks
Supply of transcript blanks and certificate blanks for the University.
Category B: Campus Services
Provision of indoor and outdoor cleaning, garbage collection, security, and catering services at the Bushenyi, Soroti, and Main Campuses. (Note: Security services require a bid security of UGX 4M.)
Category C: Tenancy Opportunities
A wide range of tenancy spaces are available across the East End, West End, and North End Wings of the University. These include premises for photocopy and stationery shops, retail and agent banking, canteens and restaurants, saloons, and mobile money services. Reserve prices range from UGX 200,000 to UGX 1,700,000.
