The Office of the Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University, has officially released the Provisional Admission Lists for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. These lists include successful applicants across various entry schemes and sponsorship categories.
The released admission lists are as follows:
Diploma/Certificate Entry Scheme – Government Sponsorship
This list contains candidates admitted under government sponsorship through the diploma/certificate entry route. Applicants who applied through this scheme can now confirm their admission status. Download here
Diploma/Certificate Entry Scheme – Private Sponsorship
This category includes candidates admitted on a private sponsorship basis through the diploma/certificate entry scheme. All privately sponsored applicants are encouraged to check their names on the published list. Download here
Direct Entry Scheme – Private Sponsorship
Applicants who completed Advanced Level (UACE) and applied through the direct entry route under private sponsorship can now access the provisional list to verify their admission status. Download here
