The Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University, invites online applications for private admission under the Direct Entry Scheme (A’ Level only) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

Applications are made online at https://apply.kyu.ac.ug. After submitting the online form, print the pay-slip and pay the non-refundable application fee at any bank integrated with the Academic Information Management System (ACMIS).

Key Dates

  • Deadline for online applications: Wednesday, 15th July 2026, at Midnight.
  • Equated documents deadline: Applicants with qualifications from countries other than Uganda must submit photocopies of equated academic documents from UNEB to the Admissions Division, Room 3, not later than 15th July 2026.

Application Fees

  • Ugandans and East African Nationals: Shs. 55,000
  • Other International Applicants: Shs. 115,000

These fees are non-refundable and exclude any bank charges levied by ACMIS-integrated banks.
