The Office of the Academic Registrar is pleased to announce the 21st Graduation Ceremony of Kyambogo University. Graduands, Parents/Guardians, and the General Public are warmly invited to join us in celebrating this significant academic milestone. The Ceremony will span two days, during which Graduands from each Faculty/School will be presented in accordance with the schedule provided below.

Register for Kyambogo University Graduation 2025

All Graduands are required to:

  • Verify and update their academic records.
  • Confirm the correct spelling of their names and date of birth.
  • Upload a recent passport-size photograph through the student portal.

The Academic Registrar’s Office will communicate the deadline for graduation clearance.

Presentation Schedule

Day 1 – Wednesday, 10th December 2025

Graduands from the following Faculties/Schools will be presented:

  • Faculty of Special Needs and Rehabilitation
  • School of Management and Entrepreneurship
  • Faculty of Arts and Humanities
  • School of Vocational Studies
  • School of Art and Industrial Design
  • Faculty of Agriculture
  • School of Education
  • Institute of Distance Education and E-Learning

Day 2 – Thursday, 11th December 2025

Graduands from the following Faculties/Schools will be presented:

  • Faculty of Social Sciences
  • Faculty of Science
  • School of Computing and Information Science
  • School of Built Environment
  • Faculty of Engineering
