Kyambogo University invites eligible bidders to participate in the prequalification process for the supply of various goods, provision of services, and execution of works for the fiscal years 2024/2025 to 2026/2027.

Bidding Process:
- Bidding will follow the Open Domestic Bidding procedures outlined in the Government of Uganda, Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act, 2003.
- Interested bidders can purchase the Bidding Documents in English at a non-refundable fee of Ug.shs. 100,000/= from the University Bursar’s Office, Room 3.
- Documents will be issued within 4 days from the date of this advert.
- Sealed applications, clearly marked “Application for supply/provision of (indicate the Code and the Sub Category applied for),” should be physically delivered to KYU Procurement & Disposal Unit before or at 12.00 noon on 23rd April 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 pm.
Evaluation Criteria: The evaluation criteria are outlined in the Solicitation documents and are in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act and its Regulations, 2003 as amended.
Important Dates:
- Publish Bid Notice: 21st March, 2024
- Bid Opening: 23rd April, 2024
- Evaluation of Bids: Within 10 working days
- Display and communication of best-evaluated bidder notice: Within 10 working days from Contracts Committee approval of evaluation report
- Contract award and signature (for frameworks): After the expiry of the best-evaluated bidder notice
